Via this website we (EventsAngel.com) provide a platform through which venues can present their venues for event bookings, and through which our clients can make such reservations. By making a reservation via EventsAngel.com, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel or venue at which you book. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel and/or venue, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant hotel/venue.

When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the hotels/venue. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of (the quality, service level or rating of) any venue made available.

Our services are made available for personal and commercial use. However, you are not allowed to deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. robot, spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

The prices on our site are highly competitive. All accommodation rates are based on full occupancy (i.e. double occupancy of a double room), include breakfast and are quoted on a per person basis.

Rates include VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes).

Rates and taxes will be as specified above unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email.

EventsAngel.com uses highly ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevant venue of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. Please have a look at our privacy policy for further information.

By making a reservation with a venue/hotel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that venue/hotel, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the venue/hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the venue/hotel (the delivery terms and conditions of a hotel can be obtained with the relevant hotel). The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made available on our website during the reservation procedure and in the final contract from the venue. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the offer details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please contact an Events Angel representative as soon as possible. Usually, a single Events Angel representative is assigned to a given event and that person should be notified without delay. You are also at liberty to contact any other Events Angel representative at admin@eventsangel.com. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel/venue carefully prior to making your reservation. An administration charge of 15% of any monies paid may be charged in the event of cancellation.

By completing a booking, you agree to receive an invitation email to complete our guest review form which we will promptly send to you after your stay at the hotel. The completed guest review may be uploaded onto the relevant hotel's information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the venue. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever. Other than the email confirmation providing for the confirmation of the booking and the invitation to fill out and complete the guest review, we shall not send you any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, emails or correspondence, unless you specifically agree otherwise.

Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect of our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in your initial quotation form (whether for one event or series of connected events).

However, we shall not be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel as made available on our website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the venue (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

THE CARRIERS, VENUES/HOTELS AND OTHER SUPLIERS PROVIDING TRAVEL OR OTHER SERVICES FOR EVENTSANGEL.COM ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF EVENTSANGEL.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES. EVENTSANGEL.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SUCH SUPPLIERS OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM. EVENTSANGEL.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL MAKE NO REFUND IN THE EVENT OF ANY DELAY, CANCELLATION, OVERBOOKING, STRIKE, FORCE MAJEURE OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THEIR DIRECT CONTROL, AND THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.

Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by EventsAngel.com, its suppliers or providers.

These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in London, the UK.

The terms "we", "us", "Company" refers to EventsAngel.com., a UK Limited Company having its registered office at Universal House, Wentworth street, London, E1.

The term "you" "our client" refers to the individual person creating an account with us and/or the customer booking a reservation though us directly through this website, or indirectly through any of our affiliates through whom we provide services.

This website is offered to you and is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein as they exist at the time the reservation is made. All use of your account by you and utilization by us of the information related to your account together with reservations you book through us are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorized to use this website.
